Quest Rebrand

Client: Quest Locums Tenens
Role: Creative Director/Designer
Services: Visual Strategy & Visual Identity URL: questlocums.com

The ask: Quest Healthcare Solutions needed a refreshed brand identity to reflect its entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and concierge-style service. The goal was to create a cohesive, scalable brand system that conveyed growth, optimism, and human connection while enhancing consistency across marketing and sales materials.

The design solution: To capture Quest’s balance of professionalism and warmth, I developed a modernized visual identity that embraced a fresh, dynamic color palette—integrating bright, inviting hues to evoke optimism and energy while maintaining trust and credibility. The typography and design system emphasized clarity and sophistication, ensuring brand materials felt both high-end and approachable. The rebrand extended across key deliverables, including a new logo, sales and recruitment collateral, a booth design for industry events, and strategic recommendations for the website’s UX and visual presence.

The outcome: The rebrand positioned Quest as a standout in healthcare staffing, strengthening its market presence and credibility. Internally, it fostered team pride and alignment, while externally, it resonated with clients and candidates, reinforcing Quest’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.
