ClearlyRated
Website Refresh

The ask: ClearlyRated, an experience management platform, needed a modernized website design that improved user experience, reinforced brand credibility, and enhanced accessibility (ADA compliance). The goal was to create a visually engaging and user-friendly platform that better guided users along their journey while ensuring the site met web accessibility standards.

The design solution: I led the visual update of ClearlyRated’s website, enhancing clarity, accessibility, and brand cohesion. I refined the color palette, emphasizing brighter greens for contrast while minimizing secondary colors for a cleaner look. Typography updates for improved readability, and ADA-compliant refinements ensured better accessibility through optimized button shapes, layouts, and color contrasts. I improved visual hierarchy and whitespace, integrating structured spacing, updated iconography, and bold photography for better navigation. Lastly, I refined interactive elements, enhancing buttons and calls-to-action to improve usability and engagement.

The outcome: The updated website successfully improved usability, brand consistency, and accessibility, creating a more intuitive, visually engaging experience for users. The new design reinforced ClearlyRated’s position as a trusted industry leader, modernized its online presence, and supported its long-term goal of increasing lead generation and engagement.
